Key Kop I
Designed for flexibility with security in mind.
The cable style is a 7 over 7 stainless steel aircraft cable, nylon coated, and then covered with a stainless spring steel cover to offer protection from abrasion and to minimize kinking of the cable. One end unlocks, while the other end is captive, preventing keys being dumped while being serviced. Cable terminals are recessed within the body to avoid break points. The body is machined from solid aircraft grade aluminum bar, and are covered by colored boots in Black, Red, Yellow, Green, Orange, and Blue. This offers a way to code groups of keys to specific functions, and offers some protection for the body of the unit. Available with a choice of locks and in several lengths.
